This is the first figurine of the Americana series and is Olszewski's first natural, unpainted bronze. The Goebel Miniatures studio wanted a series that would reflect American lifestyle. The idea came from a book about Western bronzes. This figurine was issued first in 1981 and later in 1982 and 1985. It carries the trademark of 680-B and was issued at the price of $45.00. This particular figurine was issued in 1982 and is a signed figurine.
