Olszewski happened to see this figurine at a showing of Lalique crystal at the Bavarian National Museum in Munich, Germany. The sculpture was appealing because of the fluidity of motion, as in "Masquerade St. Petersburg," and the complexity, height, and dram of "Cherry Pickers." "Farmer with Doves" was issued only in 1989 with the design mark of 607-P and at the issue price of $85.00.
